Pobble House by TFOP Fit out

Pobble House

You may recognise this building from Grand Designs: House of the Year. Following its win of the coveted RIBA Regional Award in 2015, Kevin McCloud handpicked Pobble House to feature on his Channel 4 show. To fit-out this project, we followed the architect’s instructions to the letter. They envisioned a building that would only improve with age and would suit the unique Dungeness landscape.

Co-op Supermarkets

TFOP is proud to be one of Co-op’s main contractors delivering fit-outs in stores across the south of England. Briefs range from downsizing stores and refreshes to complete end-to-end fit-outs. Each fit-out is unique and brings its challenges.

Wickes

We are the main contractor for Wickes and recently completed a downsize and full refurbishment of a Wickes Extra unit – one of the biggest Wickes in the UK!

Filthy Wings

A brand new, forward-thinking fast-food chain approached TFOP with the goal of opening their first store in the heart of Birmingham. Specialising in all thing’s chicken wings, this brand-new store needed to meet the client’s vision of being young, vibrant, and appealing to the masses.
Commercial Fit Out

King George’s Hospital Restaurant

TFOP was approached to fit-out King George's Restaurant and challenged with upgrading the look and feel whilst considering budget, space and building constraints. We achieved a warm and contemporary atmosphere, transforming the restaurant into a relaxing space for customers and colleagues.
This was a full refurbishment of both public and colleague restaurants, bringing a modern twist.
The refurbishment consisted of a full strip out including uplift of the existing flooring and replacement, new ceilings, feature brick slip walls and printed wide vinyl coverings, full decoration and bespoke furniture features.
TFOP worked directly with a UK catering manufacturer to supply bespoke kitchen equipment and manage installs to complete this successful project.
Commercial refurbishment London Number 10

Famous Political Landmark No. 10 Westminster

TFOP was approached to fit-out a staff cafeteria at a famous political landmark in the heart of London’s Westminster. We relished the opportunity to become part of such a historic building and did so with our trademark competence and respect.
We understood how crucial it was that the refurbishment and any alterations were respectful of this building steeped in history. Every detail was planned with precision.
Our highly-skilled team redesigned the layout creating a sense of space and connecting the seating area to the outside courtyard.
We pride ourselves on handling complete refurbishments within our clients’ busy schedules. We manage the entire project from start to finish and always complete it on time and within budget
Project B Bar refurbishment case study

Project B

TFOP was appointed to upgrade the look and feel of the bar area in restaurant Project B. The objective was to create a fit-out that optimised the space in the converted period building to maximise capacity during busy periods.

Co-op

We are the main contractor for Co-op Food and Funeralcare refurbishments and new space. We provide them with a full turnkey service, as well as managing subcontractors on their behalf.
TFOP has enjoyed a long relationship with The Co-op, fitting out Funeralcare branches over the past 10 years, as well as being the main contractor for food stores in the South of England. We conduct every project with professionalism, enthusiasm and honesty, and this is the main reason we are selected time and time again to work with this well-loved UK brand.
During our time working as the main contractor for The Co-op, we were awarded Main Contractor of the Year in 2017. In 2021 we were shortlisted for Health and Safety of the Year and were placed in the top three.

Poultwood Golf Club

TFOP were tasked to carry out a refurbishment to the club bar at Poultwood Golf Club in Harlow, Kent. The bar needed to be stripped out and given a fresh new look to meet the client's vision of modernising the bar.
