At TFOP, our number one priority is that everyone goes home safely. We work in logistically-challenging locations, from fully-operational sites to new-build shells. This harnesses our ability to deliver fantastic projects whilst maintaining the highest level of health and safety standards.

All our site teams are fully competent and trained. Our site managers are SMSTS trained, and every operative on our site carries a CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training as a minimum. Rest assured, we’ve got it covered.

Environment

We are committed to an environmentally-friendly approach and have recently introduced an onsite electronic Health & Safety system for all our sites to reduce paper wastage and make our Health & Safety processes more efficient.

Mental health

As supporters of Mates in Minds, TFOP is helping to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing in construction. With dedicated in-house Mental Health First Aiders, we prioritise the need to support mental health amongst our teams and contractors.

Accreditations

TFOP has achieved the safety benchmark through various industry accreditations. We hold ConstructionLine, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and the Managing Director is a member of the CIOB.
